The three important aspects of Indian Spiritual Practices are : Learning, Contemplation on what has been learnt, and Sincerely and Earnestly applying the theoretical and analytical knowledge into practice. Once established in Perfect Peace, to kindle it once in a while and trimming the wick is also included the third aspect. Learning, Contemplation and Deep Practice are in Sanskrit : Sravanam, Mananam and Niddithyaasanam. In this category, those of us who need it, we learn from the knowledge derived from the teachings and guidance of Great Sages.
